Position Overview: Join our elite team as the Operations Manager at our luxury automotive resto-mod facility, where we specialize in the restoration and modernization of classic cars. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the resto-mod facility, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within cost constraints.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled automotive technicians and support staff.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality materials and parts.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain superior product standards.
- Address and resolve operational challenges, optimizing processes for productivity.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their vision is realized to the fullest.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth and brand development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management within the automotive restoration/modification industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
