Eastern Sign Tech is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Production:
- Coordinate project releases and closeout process to production floor
- Work with Production and Purchasing on inventory
- Review of drawings and documentation
- Related production coordination
- Installation:
- Communicating daily schedule to install team
- Coordinating materials and product for crews
- Working with Project managers on schedule and changes
- Process daily field reports and closeout documentation from install crews
- Management / OPs:
- Attend meetings / track specific project data
- Communicate changes and status to team members
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform various office tasks
- Reconcile Payroll hours with Accounting team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and related MS programs
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
