THE WORK
Join the Moorestown Operations Material Planning Team! This is a business-critical role that engages cross-functionally with Manufacturing Program Managers, Shop Management, Shop Production Controllers, and other teams to facilitate the successful execution of all customer deliverables. The Logistics Coordinator has the opportunity to drive the completion of the customer deliverable process, facilitate meetings with Operations Leadership to resolve interruptions to the deliverables process, and take on new challenges every day through diligent tracking and creative problem-solving. The successful applicant for this role must be able to work on-site at minimum two days per week.
Responsibilities include:
• Status and manage the entire customer deliverable process, from initiation to completion, maintaining meticulous records. Take charge of creating DD-250 documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor and update the status of manufacturing projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders. Facilitates meetings with cross-functional team members to address production delays.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to obtain delivery dates for vendor sourced customer deliverables, fostering effective communication and coordination.
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
• Provides weekly status to Operations management and team members. Creates and maintains weekly reporting for all customer deliverables and ensures accuracy of system data.
• Takes an active role in continuously improving planning methods, processes and tools.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience with SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting
• Above average Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, graph creation, managing large sets of data)
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work on-site at minimum two days per week
• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Desired skills
• Experience with creation of DD-250 documentation.
• Experience with process execution and process development
• Experience with customer deliverables process, especially in the military defense industry.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $71,000 - $136,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 - $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
