Key Responsibilities

· Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner

· Communicate and follow-up with customers on order requests and inquiries

· Coordinate and communicate with transportation vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

· Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouse associates, and vendors to ensure proper delivery

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred)

· 1+ years of experience in handling customer service

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

· Good and clear communication skills

· Experience in logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred)

· Speaks Korean

Work Conditions

· Salary: Starting at $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)

· Full time On-Site Employment

· Location: Secaucus, NJ

· Hours: M-F, 9AM to 6PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
