Job Title: Operations Coordinator Job Type: Full Time Location: Manasquan, NJ

JOB SUMMARY:

Applicant for this position must be organized and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a hybrid remote position. Must be available to communicate at all hours. Coordinating Tug fueling schedule, research projects, Inventory and Vessel Tracking.

REPORTING TO:

Operations Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSILBILITIES:

Duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating Tug fueling schedules.

Communicating with shipping agents, vessel and terminal personnel.

Tracking and recording various product Inventories.

Sending our price list reports to customers.

Research, compiling data, Data Entry and reporting results to senior staff.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

College Degree & preferred experience in the Maritime industry.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), Strong working knowledge of Excel

Detail oriented

Strong Communication skills

SALARY: Starting at $60,000/yr. including health benefits
