Summary - Office/CSR/Admin Assistant
- Schedule order pickups via phone or email
- Sign in drivers at the window for pickups
- Track daily pickup activity.
- Process signed BOL"s back into our warehouse software
- Data entry
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office experience
- In office work
- Punctual/Reliable
- Previous office work a plus
- Ideal candidate will have a warehouse/trucking background
- Ideal candidate will have a WMS background
- Deal with many different internal/external staff on a daily basis
