Summary - Office/CSR/Admin Assistant

• Schedule order pickups via phone or email
• Sign in drivers at the window for pickups
• Track daily pickup activity.
• Process signed BOL"s back into our warehouse software
• Data entry

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office experience
• In office work
• Punctual/Reliable
• Previous office work a plus
• Ideal candidate will have a warehouse/trucking background
• Ideal candidate will have a WMS background
• Deal with many different internal/external staff on a daily basis
