Due to dramatic growth, our foodservice equipment distribution company is in need of an Executive Admin Assistant. With focus on "Back to the Basics" as we provide a Rewarding Customer Experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
PROPOSE Procedures and Processes to handle the increased Flow of Business Resulting in overall CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Determine the Appropriate Staffing Requirements to Better Serve the Customer Base.
Assist in Everyday Customer Service Functions to experience our current flow to better determine an improved work flow.
Maintain customer accounts information and conduct follow-up calls
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to build lasting customer relations
Establish and maintain a professional liaison with all Internal departments
Resolve customer issues in a fair and equitable way
Qualifications
Willingness and Determination, Most of All Believing in a CAN DO ATTITUDE
Experience in Managing & Maintaining A Well Satisfied Customer Base
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to listen, empathize, and effectively handle challenges in a professional manner
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced team environment
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks at hand
Ability to follow guidelines and adjust to changes when required
Desire to grow in Responsibilities as the Company Grows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Logistics experience a Plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
