Part time Office Administrative assistant with self starting personality needed and multi tasking skills required for a fast paced environment.
Monday through Friday from 7am until 10am - hours may increase during peak seasons of Spring, Summer & Fall
$17.00 to $19.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Have excellent phone skills. Answer phones and direct calls
- Receive work orders and check into computerized program/system
- Enter checks and calculate bank deposits
- Handle collection for accounts
- Process credit cards
- Work with national maintenance companies
- Train cleaners on how to process invoices and work orders
- Assist with proposal preparation
- Light office cleaning
- Customer follow up/scheduling
- Managing items for sale on craigslist postings
Job Qualifications:
- Experience with computers and PROFICIENT Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills
- Outgoing personality and experience working with general public
- High School or GED completed
- Office related experience preferred
- Over 21 years of age
- Own vehicle/reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
