Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen, one of the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, to jointly develop and commercialize ciltacabtagene autolecuel (cilta-cel) in 2017. Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Legend Biotech is seeking Admin Assistant as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ.

Role Overview

This role will provide administrative and project-level support for several departments and support company admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates departmental day-to-day activities, including travel arrangements & expense reports, email correspondence, calendars, meeting planning & preparation etc.
  • Supports & assists C-level executives.
  • On-site support in Somerset, NJ & Piscataway, NJ offices.
  • In collaboration with the finance team, create PO, arrange & monitor payment of departmental invoices activities in a timely manner, using existing electronic submission & approval systems.
  • Assists with conference registrations both group & individually.
  • Assists with preparing departmental presentations, tables, charts & other information using PowerPoint, Excel & other available technology.
  • Coordinates/plans events such as holiday events, farewells, team buildings, catering, meetings etc.
  • Assists administrators with the office onsite snack program.
  • Back up for other executive assistant(s) & office administrator(s).
  • Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent is required
  • 3 years of experience providing administrative/coordinator support
  • Pharmaceutical industry and finance experience preferred.
