Office Worker

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Office Worker to join our team. The Office Worker will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, performing data entry tasks, and assisting with various office duties.

Responsibilities:

- Opening and closing of cash register.

- Provide excellent customer support in the office and on phone calls,

- Offer the services provided by the company,

- Manage service provision schedule, and coordinate with drivers.

- Perform data entry tasks into the computer with accuracy and efficiency

- Manage customer collections and payments.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning and photocopying documents and others.

Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- If you have knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
