We are an appliance company established 1968 that does sales & service. We are Located in Brooklyn, NY 11234.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Coming to work on time
-Organizing service schedule a day before
- Making follow up calls to clients from the previous day's repairs -Coordinate with clients and co-works to resolve issues-Invoice clients upon completion of repair
Requirements:
-Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
-Experience in Accounts Receivable billing
-Speaking English and Spanish fluently is a plus
-Communicate efficiently
-Punctuality and a professional demeanor
-Possess excellent people & phone skills-Basic computer skills (word, excel)-Being able to work with others
