Office Worker: Customer Service And Internal Management.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a organized and detail-oriented Office Worker to join our team. The Office Worker will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, performing data entry tasks, and assisting with various office duties. Compensation depends on the skills you bring to the company, We are ready to train you.

Bilingual: Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities:

- Opening and closing of cash register.

- Provide excellent customer support in the office and on phone calls,

- Offer the services provided by the company,

- Manage service provision schedule, and coordinate with drivers.

- Perform data entry tasks into the computer with accuracy and efficiency

- Manage customer collections and payments.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning and photocopying documents and others.

Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Be willing to learn business management, management reports and Internal company applications.
