Flooring Company Looking For Office Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Create estimates using Quickbooks
- Price out materials
- Order and monitor delivery of materials to customers
- Work closely with sales representatives to maintain customer satisfaction
- Work closely with suppliers and lead generating sources
- Need experience with social media
- Assist and work with office manager
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication/verbal skills
- Strong computer experience preferred
- Strong willingness to learn
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Microsoft Excel & Word experience a plus, Planswift or AutoCad and the experience to read architect drawings
