Office Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Worker to join our team. As an Office Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Assist with data entry and data management tasks
- Provide exceptional customer support and address client inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and office equipment operation
