General Office Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a General Officer worker in our recycling/ sanitation facility. In this role you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This includes but is not limited to answering phone, scheduling pickups, data entry, scanning, billing and collections.

Responsibilities:
- Perform General Office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide support to the office manager in various administrative tasks

- Schedule routine and missed garbage pickups

- Customer billing and collections

- Daily data entry

- Scanning and organizing

- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proven experience in an office environment with heavy customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
