Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay COE: $17.00 PH

Janitorial Office Support

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist with Light Janitorial Duties. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to traditional receptionist responsibilities, this role includes light janitorial duties, specifically focusing on maintaining the cleanliness of our washroom facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments.
• Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness of washroom facilities.
• Restock toiletries and maintain an organized and sanitary environment.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department.

• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems.
• Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is a plus.
• Previous experience in Janitorial work is a plus.
