General Job Description
The Front Office Support Staff perform administrative routines such as, opening and closing procedures for the facility, receive phone calls, conduct emergency drills, maintain procedure manuals, take detailed new client information, take minutes for meetings, client correspondence, and communicate with outside referral sources.
This position serves as the front line of the organization so a healthy attitude, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure is a must. Evening and weekend rotation is required. Location & hours might include Kankakee and Watseka. To be determined based on agency need and location of applicant.

Experience/Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or its equivalent.
- Administrative skills to include bookkeeping, word processing, computer, and general office skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage budgets and generate reports and spreadsheets using an electronic medical record system.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and organizational issues.
License or Certification Requirements: • CPR certification preferred
