Wage: $20.00/hr
- Provide numerous office, organizational, and other assigned support tasks.
- Format, edit, proofread, update, and prepare correspondence, flyers, directories, and news releases.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Data entry.
- Answer multi-line telephone systems, screen calls, direct calls, and take messages.
- Provide accurate information and refer callers and office visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Support workshop programming activities.
- Provide thorough, professional, and friendly customer service.
- Accept payments from the public.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the administrative office manager.
Requirements:
- 2 years of general clerical experience.
- Proficient in using networked computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Own reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs.
Work Schedule:
- Average 20 hours per week, 4 day work week.
- Must be able to pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings.
