Office Specialist 2 - W&E; $15.76-17.15/hr. +5% for Bilingual Proficiency

Great part-time opportunity! Community Services Consortium (CSC) is hiring an Office Specialist who will support the Workforce and Education Department (W&E).

The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to exercise independent judgment, reliable, punctual, creative, flexible, have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and be familiar with a wide variety of office equipment and software. Demonstrate proficiency in administrative skills and with basic accounting to receive materials, code PO's, etc.

• 20 hours per week, M-F, 8:00am-noon.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, plus three months of responsible clerical experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Bi-lingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.
