Office Services Representative

We are seeking an Office Services Representative

Important Requirement for Position: MUST be Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments 
• Greet and assist clients in respectable & professional manner!
• Answer & Return calls/messages
• Organizing files, documents, invoices, etc.
• Perform all other office tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration preferred but NOT required (Will train if no experience is shown)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Spanish
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Computer skills such as Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
