Front Office Assistant. Full Time: 40+hrs / Monday - Friday 7:45AM-5PM

Seeking long-term employee with customer service experience, and a friendly personality.

Daily duties include: Answering the phone, dispatching calls, paperwork/data entry, processing payments, filing, weekly office cleaning, registering equipment, running finance paperwork, etc.

Preferred experience:

1 year in HVAC/construction industry

5 years customer service

***Must be able to handle high volume calls and offer exceptional customer service while maintaining call schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Anderson, SC 29625: Relocate before starting work (Required)
