- Daily maintenance of FedEx National Account.
- Setup new users

- Assist users resolve issues, track packages, etc.
- Processing invoices for payment.
- Electronically code and submit for approval all invoices related to expenses generated by Office Services
- Serve as backup for main switchboard
- Answering Office Services Manager’s phone as needed.
- Reviewing and delegating incoming requests for the Office Services team through the ServiceNow self-service portal.
- Day to day communication with Building Management team
- Reporting building maintenance issues, parking issues, gym access, etc.
- Coordination of office relocations
- Coordination and participation in Company sponsored events, such as,
- United Way Campaign
- Dolphins Challenge Cancer
- Community volunteer opportunities
- Thanksgiving Luncheon
- Service Award Luncheon
- Assist Office manager in day-to-day maintenance of Service-Now HQ Portal
- Updating information on the portal as needed.
- Assist with Emergency Procedures
- Getting the office ready before a storm threatens our area
- Post storm support for associates
- Some College/Associates’ Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in mailroom and Office Services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, most importantly, Word and Excel
Physical Requirements:
This is a position which requires the incumbent frequent walking, standing and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models and properties. Must also have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 50 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
Additional Requirements:
- Assists Office Manager during Office Relocations
- Performs “handy man” tasks to assist all corporate associates as needed (i.e repairs desks, hangs pictures, move furniture, lifting boxes, etc.)
- Assists in the set up of company events
- Maintains responsibility of “weekly walk throughs” around the property, noting any building maintenance issues and relaying to management office
- Places service calls for Mail Room equipment and ensures equipment remains in good working order, at all times
- Walks campus with “Shred It” representative during weekly visits
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must have sense of urgency
- Great attitude and willingness to help
- Position requires reliable, consistent and punctual attendance.
