Green Smiths Pest Control Inc. is a small, rapidly growing, family owned and operated pest control company looking for the right fit to join our crew.
We have a part time(20 to 30 hour per week) position available for a Customer Service Rep / Office Assistant. This position will turn into a full time position with time. We will train the right fit. Must be clean cut and able to work unsupervised. Must be able to follow instruction in detail. The position requires flexible availability from 8am to 430pm. Duties include taking calls, making schedule and routes for our technicians, tracking payroll and sales commissions, and other assigned office duties while multi-tasking.
Ideal candidate to possess experience in:
Customer Service
Data Entry
Office Management
Call center experience
Computer skills: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
Typing Skills: (40 to 60 WPM)
