Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join their team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support to the executive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and communication skills.
This is a hybrid position with an office located in Fort Lauderdale.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the leadership team's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations (internal comms)
- Conduct research and gather information for executive decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and employees
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and equipment
- Oversee and manage office facilities, including maintenance and repairs
Office management/culture:
- Collaborate with leadership to create and reinforce a positive company culture
- Lead employee engagement and wellness programs to support a healthy work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Proven experience in office management and organizational development
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to drive change and influence organizational culture
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree preferred
