Provision Maintenance Services LLC is a residential small local company that is looking to hire a Part Time Office Assistant.

Must be able to work independently
If you are looking to work Part Time, in and out of the office, with office hours from 10am-1pm Monday thru Friday this might be the right fit for you
Your main task will be assisting the broker, maintenance staff with tenant related issues.
Assisting in move in move out inspections, work orders, maintenance schedule, property visits/inspections and record keeping
Position pays $12/hr, must be able to start in March 2024 if hired
