We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team at Crawford Evaluation Group (CEG) in our Waukesha/Brookfield office. We have two roles available - Scheduling Coordinator and Records Coordinator. If company character is at the top of your list, we are interested in you! We are medical legal consultants; we partner with physicians to deliver second opinions for the purpose of claims negotiation. We are a traditional office-based work environment. As a Scheduling Coordinator:
Responsibilities:
- You will serve as a point of contact for worker’s compensation claims adjusters who are looking for medical expert options to consider for their unique claims.
- These requests come in by phone and email. You will learn how to consider and offer medical experts within our panel who might be helpful to each claim.
- You will serve as a consultant and liaison to the medical expert partners within our company.
- You will schedule services with our clients and on behalf of our medical expert partners.
- Internally, you will work with our Medical Records Department to coordinate the acquisition of medical files from our clients who scheduled through you.
- As the first point of contact for clients and physicians, you may be asked to attend social events occasionally to develop and maintain those unique relationships.
As a Records Coordinator:
Responsibilities:
- You will assist in managing cases that are in the Records Acquisition phase - this may include requesting, calling, and accepting medical records.
- You will coordinate the processing of additional Records and Diagnostics that are received in the office, after the file has been processed and sent to the physician.
- You may provide support in the shipping of completed files that are ready to be sent to the physician.
- You may manage the receipt of diagnostic studies such as x-rays and MRI’s.
- As a point of contact for clients and physicians, you may be asked to attend social events occasionally to develop and maintain those unique relationships.

Qualifications:
- A desire to work in a respectful office-based environment.
- Previous experience in administrative production, planning, or other related fields.
- Project management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and desire to work well in teams.
