As a Production Coordinator, you will be part of the Cultures Production team that coordinates production-related tasks, works across all departments, and ensures that proper documents/paperwork are in place that support smooth operations and efficient workflow. This will include assisting the shift supervisors to lead production teams in line with the Wisconsin site and local/state regulatory SHE requirements, quality, and food safety standards as well as ensuring fulfillment of the weekly production schedules in a cost-efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and executes all required documentation, permits, LOTOTO, and non-standard work LOTOTO's.
• Analyze production performance, trends, and other available data to look for further improvements.
• Manage improvement projects and apply lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure all stakeholders are involved and informed on changes.
• Responsible for applying measure sheets for improvements that generate value and support production teams to define/write up measure sheets.

You bring:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency plus 5 years of production experience preferably in the food industry
• A minimum of 5 years' experience at a manufacturing site which includes strong knowledge of process and equipment.
• A minimum of 3 experience in Permit and LOTOTO creation (Level 2 approver preferred)
• Understanding of the fermentation process
• Thorough knowledge of the processes involved in producing our products.
• Thorough understanding of all SHE, quality, and Manufex requirements at the site with a proven record of support for them and the coaching of peers
