```Responsibilities:```
- Oversee daily operations of production painting companies
-Create estimates for future painting jobs
-Ensure all jobs on Google calendar are invoiced and paid out
-Collect weekly payments and send reminders for overdue invoices
-Daily communication with client's project managers to ensure job details and timelines
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Order supplies for jobs with training on quantities and process
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased effectiveness
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
