Salary Range: $66,650 - 70,600
Essential Job Functions:
Provide variety of clerical, secretarial and/or administrative support functions to managers, professionals and/or projects comprised of both government and contracted employees.
Design spreadsheets, maintains databases, create presentations and correspondence.
Assists with planning, acquisitions, operations and/or maintenance of the organization's facilities.
Supports the organization through activities such as mail services, copying, printing, scheduling support for meetings, trainings and conferences as well as meeting room set-up and preparation.
Maintain office supplies.
May coordinate activities related to occupancy and floor space allocation.
May handle mail distribution, shipping, receiving, property inventory control, ordering commercial and project supplies, Command Re-utilization and Disposal (CRuD) reconciliation and property removal recording.
Provide support for the development and processing of travel orders and travel vouchers for members of the organization through the Defense Travel System.
Prepare, edit and review official correspondence and ensure proper format, grammar, punctuation, and spelling are used in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual for Navy REGULAR (REG) Memos and Navy SERIALIZED (SER) Memos.
Maintain log for NAWC-WD Special Area Access Pass (SAAP) badges.
Assist the Unmanned Systems (UxS) Product Leads, and Security Manager as needed.
Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding of personnel, in accordance with UxS processes and procedures, and support installation checkouts.
Track incoming and outgoing personnel, update organization/team charts, and call in CSRs and MAC requests (new hire phones (cell/desk), phone cancelations, change of information, phone move).
Maintain employee muster list and assist with muster data calls.
Obtain appropriate signatures for SAAR-N Forms and send up the correct chain for approval.
Coordinate with security agencies in order to obtain necessary security clearances for visitors as well as process badge requests for both contractors and government employees for onsite meetings.
Practice strict confidentiality of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) documents and information.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.
Associates degree plus 2 years experience or high school diploma plus 7 years of related experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for continued employment.
Detail oriented and must be able to work multiple assignments simultaneously.
Experience with MS Office.
Ability to use Outlook in order to coordinate calendars for management/organization.
Self-motivated, comfortable working independently or in a group.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize and to work with limited supervision.
Observe policies and procedures governing the secure operation and authorized use of DoD Information system.
Desired Skills :
Experience with Program Management.
Experience with DoD or other government agency.
Experience with MS Project scheduling, roadmaps, risk management.
Experience working in a regulatory and security sensitive environment.
