JOB SUMMARY
Support program operations including administrative responsibilities such as supervising administrative/billing staff, reports, ordering supplies, data entry, billing report tracking, filing, phones, and sorting mail.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support program operations, timely billing, record-keeping systems, forms control, office needs, and administrative performance and communications.
• Act as liaison to property management, vendors, and corporate departments.
• Facilitate reimbursements, invoice and check request tracking, petty cash custodian. Log receipt of incoming checks and/or cash, account deposits through designated channels.
• Screen calls, departmental communication, and administrative duties.
• Greet, receive, and assist visitors and callers.
• Aid general program operation including errands, office supplies inventory, ordering, and responsibility for office equipment maintenance.
• Enter data, such as demographics, history and extent of disease, diagnostic procedures and treatment.
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Office management/administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
• Cultural Competency understanding required.
• Bilingual preferred.
