SalaryWe are a small local brewery & restaurant company searching for a strong addition to our leadership team in an administrative, managerial, and otherwise multi varied capacity.
Must be comfortable in an office administrative role, but also have the skillset to take on onsite restaurant operational tasks/projects/oversight. In depth restaurant knowledge & experience is a must. Minimal admin experience may be ok. Attitude is everything. We are looking for someone that is capable and that places hard work at the top of their value set. Must be able to support a dedicated, talented and hard driving team, in a multitude of ways with grit and also EQ and humanity.
Light Data entry / bookkeeping / HR - comfortable with spreadsheets
Must be independent, responsible, and dependable.
Good communication & organizational skills - direct and able to address and resolve situations.
A critical thinker with ability to be technical, but also able to contribute creatively
Proficient in email & highly computer literate
Self motivated, a problem solver, positive attitude oh yeah
Flexible schedule & working location (may work from Pacific Beach or North Park) on site at our brewery / restaurants or at the offices on site.
Work directly with ownership on tasks and projects
Communicating & working closely with our management team to improve operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
