We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the office's day-to-day operations, including managing staff, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Duties:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ability to maintain and update records and files in both computerized and physical filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected situations and changes in priorities.
- Schedule and maintain business calendars, including all appointments and meetings, and coordinate with administration.
- Preparation of business documents and prepared drafts on behalf of the Owner.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
- Meeting Prep for Owner - Conduct background research and present findings; produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Special Projects as requested by the Owner
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software for billing and budgeting tasks.
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals and objectives.
- College Degree a preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
