HomeDeliveryLink has a challenging and fast-paced opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Office Manager to work onsite in our corporate office. HomeDeliveryLink is a leading national logistics consultant providing a range of white-glove home delivery and other final mile logistics solutions for major retailers of furniture and appliances. As a member of our home office team, the Staff Accountant reports to our VP Finance and has a wide range of ongoing supervisory and hands-on administrative duties.
Essential skills and responsibilities include:
· Highly skilled in allMicrosoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel, and Access
· Expert Quickbooks user for processing daily AR and AP transactions
· Experience using ADP Workforce Now for multi-state payroll processing
· Train and supervise on-site and remote administrative staff
· HR generalist
· Management of employee benefit programs including health and 401k enrollment and related compliance
· Highly organized to provide admin support to executive team and 50 remote operating locations
· Basic accounting skills to assist with month-end closing, reconciliation, monthly P&L reporting, etc.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
