Weyerhaeuser is seeking a qualified Office Manager to join our team at the Raymond Lumber facility. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who shows initiative, is a team player, has a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic.
This is a full time, non-exempt position reporting to the Mill Manager and HR Business Partner. The role includes managing and processing payroll, assisting HR, managing confidential files and records retention, assisting with safety material and general office duties. In addition, it requires constant interaction with employees, outside agencies, contractors, and the public. This position does not have remote work availability.
Key Functions include but are not limited to:
- Manage accurate input and records for payroll and vacation
- Assist with safety activities and documentation
- Professional office support to employees, supervisors, mill manager, outside government agencies, contractors, and the general public
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Correspondence
- Miscellaneous purchasing
- Mill Event planning
- Banking deposits
- Maintain confidential files and information
- File retention and storage compliance
- Support for the HR function (examples include: testing, interviewing, apprenticeship program and on boarding assistance)
- Computer work including word processing, presentation preparation, spreadsheet creation and maintenance, web database management, file sharing, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple rapidly changing priorities efficiently
- Initiative and willingness to flow to work.
- Attend and lead preparation for team meetings and events
- Role model all standards/processes with on-the-job behavior by living our core values of safety, integrity, citizenship, sustainability, and inclusion.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook with ability to learn other software efficiently
- High degree of initiative and common sense with a positive can-do attitude
- Flexibility and ability to provide multi-faceted support to professionals with varied work styles with constant interaction with people at all levels of the business
- Establish and maintain solid working relationships and build a high level of trust and cooperativeness with other team members, other Weyerhaeuser businesses, vendors and suppliers
- Demonstrate a high level of diplomacy, tact and judgment in accomplishing key accountabilities
- Exhibit professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Organizational skills with high standards for quality and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize and organize multiple tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision

- Associates or bachelor's degree
- Experience with safety systems

- Experience in SAP, SharePoint, DATS, and PeopleSoft Time Entry

What We Offer:
Compensation : This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $46,000 to $70,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full time employees.
