The Job:

The position is great for someone who wants to have autonomy and drive their own success! The main goals of a Treasury Management Officer will be to develop a business pipeline, act on referrals, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales results.

The Treasury Management Officer position allows you to work in a relatively new department at the bank where your thoughts, ideas, and experiences are welcomed to help deepen relationships and client experiences. Working at a community bank is incredibly rewarding, as you get to work in your community’s vital small business sectors and feel pride that you are helping your community’s businesses grow.

You will be integral to the Bank’s growth forecast in the commercial and business spaces. Your position will help add deposits, fee incomes, and product additions for clients of all sizes.

Treasury Management conducts an analysis of client’s relationships, presents sales solutions to clients, works with partners/affiliates to provide business solutions, gathers all client details for paperwork and compliance, handles business client service issues, helps the lending team open accounts and services for new borrowers, participates as a partner for our branch teams, and owns issues for clients from start to finish.

Pay Range & Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $72,026.24 - $122,444.61
  • The typical hiring range for this position is $72,026.24 – $82,650.11
  • A signing bonus and/or restricted shares of bank stock may be provided as elements of the total compensation package for this position
  • The incentive plan for this position is the Treasury Management Incentive plan. It is paid out quarterly and is based on the TMO's production and deposit growth.
