We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. Duties:
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Manage fiscal operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking
- Oversee utilization management processes to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Maintain and update electronic health record systems and other office management systems
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth patient care and billing processes
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of fiscal management principles and budgeting processes
- Proficiency in utilizing EMR or similar electronic health record systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is highly desirable
