```Duties```: - Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. - Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the employer, including answering phone calls and responding to emails. - Assist with document preparation, such as transcribing meeting minutes and drafting memos. - Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. - Manage the employer's Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments accordingly. - Act as a liaison between the employer and clients, providing exceptional customer service. ```Experience```: - Proven experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and DocuSign. - Experience in project coordination and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. - Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling and managing appointments. - Previous experience as an office clerk or in office management is a plus.
