Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to join our team working Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 9-5. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Handle all aspects of file management, including organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
-Bank reconciliation
- Coordinate and manage schedules for meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain calendars for executives and team members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in file management systems and software
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to track expenses accurately
- Proficient in Excel
