Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and events
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order necessary items
- Manage filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents
- Assist with training development for new employees
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Plan and organize office events or functions as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Willing to train. Part time and full time available
Ability to work from home after training
