What You Would Do
As our Operations Specialist, you will:
- Oversee daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Handle payroll processing accurately and punctually.
- Manage office operations, including supply management and meeting coordination.
You'll thrive in this role if you're adept at managing a wide range of administrative tasks, interested in contributing to market research efforts, and ready to adapt and contribute to our clients' success.
Required Experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online.
- Solid experience in office administration, open to learning about market research.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to embrace challenges with enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation
