Enginova, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks and providing support to our team members.

Responsibilities:
● Complete invoicing and maintain accurate records of financial transactions using Intuit Quickbooks Online.
● Support principals with contracts and assist in contract tracking.
● Conduct general bookkeeping tasks, including bi-weekly payroll processing and employee timecard entry.
● Assist in employee onboarding and benefit enrollments.
● Handle client phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
● Prepare and make bank deposits as needed.
● Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
● Maintain office supplies and handle general office restocking duties.
Requirements:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Intuit Quickbooks.
● Experience in general accounting and contract tracking.
● Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
