The Hiring Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time internal corporate role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining a positive office culture, supporting various teams, and implementing effective administrative processes.

Minimum Salary: $42K, flexible depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities.
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to executives and department heads.
Manage and coordinate internal and external communications.
Facilities Management:
Oversee office facilities and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Liaise with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a positive and collaborative office culture.
Coordinate team-building activities and events.
Human Resources:
Assist in HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining employee records.
Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
Travel and Event Coordination:
Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for employees.
Plan and coordinate company events and meetings.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing office budgets and expenses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Technology and IT Support:
Liaise with IT support for office technology needs.
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and troubleshoot issues.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Implement and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Coordinate emergency response and evacuation procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Familiarity with basic HR functions.
