Form of workJoin our dynamic Personal Injury law firm as an Associate Attorney. If you have a proven track record of successfully handling Personal Injury cases from intake to trial, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate is highly skilled and experienced, with a strong background in managing a high-volume caseload and collaborating with a dedicated paralegal and case manager.
Responsibilities:
- Take on Personal Injury cases from initial consultation to trial with minimal supervision
- Conduct thorough client interviews, gather evidence, and take statements to build strong cases
- Draft and file legal documents including pleadings and motions
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations through legal research
- Work closely with experts and witnesses as needed
- Represent clients in court and at depositions with excellent advocacy skills
- Efficiently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal oversight
Requirements:
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in Missouri
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Injury law
- Proven record of successfully handling Personal Injury cases
- Strong writing and legal research abilities
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
