Available Opportunity:
As an Office Manager for bread & Butter, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's administrative and operational functions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations and Finance, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the business through various administrative and organizational tasks. This includes overseeing office logistics, managing schedules, and coordinating communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Here’s What We Need:
- 1-2 years of previous office management or administrative experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining office operations and maximizing efficiency, ensuring seamless daily functioning.
- A talent for fostering positive relationships with employees and visitors, providing a welcoming environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for cleanliness and orderliness in office spaces.
- A tech-savvy individual, able to collaborate with the Operations and IT teams to handle IT setup and support.
- Appreciates the art of dotting I’s and crossing T’s. The devil is in the details.
- Leads teams by example, showcasing professionalism, punctuality and problem solving while maintaining a sense of humor.
