Job Description: Office Coordinator

Reports To: Branch Manager

Assignment Focus: We are looking to immediately hire an Office Coordinator to join the team. In this role you will provide administrative support ensuring the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have the ability to stay organized and communicate effectively in a fast paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

· Interact with builders to schedule flooring installations

· Review jobs in system to ensure accuracy

· Confirm products arrive in time to meet installation schedule

· Assist dispatch with scheduling installations and assigning installers to jobs

· Maintain order status daily and update the system with pertinent information

· Ensures the jobs are accurate, once completed invoice the job in the system

· Assist with onboarding of new installers

· Process installer back charges

· Maintain office supplies and equipment maintenance

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in construction related field is a plus
• Proactive customer service approach
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Sense of urgency and follow through to complete tasks on time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and process oriented

Salary & Benefits

• Salary will be commensurate with experience
• 401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matching
• First year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time off
• Medical paid by employer at 75%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
