The Role
As a Program Test Analyst at Intermediate Level, you will be part of the Bank BPMO Acceptance Testing Automation team, supporting product lines and ensuring quality performance. Your responsibilities include executing software testing, reporting defects, collaborating with partners, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
We offer a flexible work environment with office presence required four days a week at our San Antonio, TX location. Relocation assistance is not provided.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Apply business knowledge to support software testing
- Execute test scenarios and validate production testing
- Develop test cases, monitor testing activities, and track progress
- Keep leadership informed and manage testing timelines
- Identify and control risks in line with policies
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of relevant experience in software testing or business support
- Knowledge of banking laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- US military experience
- Manual Testing and bug identification skills
- Test data preparation and automation tools experience
- Knowledge of testing tools like Selenium, Jira, and Postman
Benefits and Compensation:
Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience and market data, $59,290 - $100,050.
