Job Description
Wood Designs is looking to hire an office manager to be responsible for the general operation of the office. Duties will involve supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity and handling various duties in the office. This position will problem solve and correct various issues that arise with orders, freight, customer service and other office tasks. This position will also learn the jobs throughout the office to be able to assist the team as needed. You will also be required to produce management-level reports.
To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in management and be comfortable with keeping team members on task and correcting issues with the team as they arise.
Requirements for this position:
- A bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Five years of experience in office administration
- Office management experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. ERP experience, particularly in Sage 100
