Job Description:
The position will manage order processing, order shipping, inventory levels, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Interactions with customers will be mainly via email and telephone. Job duties will also include managing technicians and their schedules, maintaining customer databases, and some administrative work such as scheduling meetings. Some light production duties such as preparation and packaging of microfluidic devices may also be required (training provided).
