Office Manager

Xona Microfluidics, Inc. is an innovative and successful small life sciences company that's been in business since 2008. We focus on manufacturing and R&D of microfluidic devices used in neuronal research. We are looking for a part-time Office Manager (20-29 hours per week) to join our team. Job Description:

The position will manage order processing, order shipping, inventory levels, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Interactions with customers will be mainly via email and telephone. Job duties will also include managing technicians and their schedules, maintaining customer databases, and some administrative work such as scheduling meetings. Some light production duties such as preparation and packaging of microfluidic devices may also be required (training provided).
