Job Description
- Answering phone calls, texts, and e-mails of current and potential customers in a timely manner
- Helping with electricians schedules
- Being a secondary help to the electricians while they are in field for change orders, invoices, reviews, etc…
- Resolving scheduling conflicts as they occur.
- Help make travel arrangements
- Help manage our vehicle fleet
- Help the HR department
- Master multitasker
- React efficiently and calmly to incoming requests and situations
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Clerical or administrative experience a plus
- Knowledge of electrical/service industry terminology helpful
- Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge & skills
- Able to provide friendly & professional customer interaction
- High school diploma or GED
