Title: Office Manager
Our client far Westside of Madison area is looking to fill a position as an Office Manager in a Construction Company :Fulltime $23-$25 /hr
· Bookkeeping and Financial Management:
o Quick books experience/knowledge
o Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
o Process invoices, track expenses, and manage payroll.
· Administrative Tasks:
o Manage and organize office operations, including filing systems, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
o Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
o Schedule meetings, appointments, and project deadlines.
o Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
· Project Support:
o Assist managers with documentation, contracts, and permits.
o Maintain project files and records.
o Track project timelines and deadlines.
· Vendor and Client Relations:
o Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
o Communicate with clients regarding project updates, billing inquiries, and general information.
· Technology and Software:
o Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office )
o Familiarity with construction-specific software like Buildertrend.
